Important billing and shipping information:

  • The billing address must match the shipping address. Orders will be shipped to the billing address provided at checkout, regardless of any alternate shipping address specified.
  • Standard shipping for domestic orders: please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and 3-5 days for it to be shipped.
  • Expedited shipping for domestic orders: please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and 1-3 days for it to be shipped.
  • Express shipping for domestic orders: please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and 1-2 days for it to be shipped.
  • Please note that due to increased order volumes, orders may be delayed.
  • Payment is captured at checkout to reserve your merchandise for shipment.
  • We will make every available attempt to process and ship orders within 24 hours of cleared payment.
  • Orders may require a signature upon delivery due to their value.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced deliveries.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the original order for an additional shipping cost or refund the original order minus shipping costs.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the billing address provided at checkout.
  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify the shipment.
  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Expedited, express shipping, and gratuity charges are nonrefundable. Return postage is not covered. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Some restrictions apply.   • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your refund within 10 -14 business days.
  • We reserve the right not to consummate any sale, for any reason.
  • Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, we have enhanced ID verification methods in place and will only ship to the billing address on file for the payment method used. By placing an order with us, you agree to all terms and conditions.
